tkx8 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tkx8 website accessible at tkx8.io and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or who accesses the Platform.
• "tkx8" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operating entity responsible for the Platform and the services provided through it.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any separately designated bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including the processing of withdrawal requests.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time references on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently being treated for, a gambling addiction or related disorder.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. tkx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 tkx8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 tkx8 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. Accordingly, all Account holders are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

3.2 Verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number and name).

3.3 tkx8 may request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle if required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days of the request will result in Account suspension.

3.4 All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

4. Deposits

4.1 Deposits to your tkx8 Account may be made via the payment methods supported on the Platform at the time of your deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed.

4.4 tkx8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tkx8 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Deposited funds are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform only. Deposits do not earn interest.

4.6 tkx8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed successfully on your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. In cases where that method is unavailable, tkx8 will contact you to arrange an alternative method using a payment account verified in your name.

5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 tkx8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to successful verification and the absence of any account hold or investigation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5.5 Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player from within their Account dashboard, provided the request has not yet been approved for processing. Once a withdrawal has been approved, it cannot be reversed.

5.6 tkx8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud investigation, responsible gaming review, or KYC compliance check. The Player will be informed of any such hold within a reasonable time.

5.7 Only real-money funds that are not subject to incomplete wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds during active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all conditions are met.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 tkx8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, or other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions and, in the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 By opting into any promotion or accepting any Bonus Funds, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion, including any stated wagering requirements, game contributions, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

6.3 Standard wagering requirements apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any balance derived from Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6.4 tkx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a Player has already opted in, the Player will be notified and will have the option to withdraw their real-money balance at that time without prejudice.

6.5 Abuse of promotions — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using promotional funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinated exploitation by a group of Players — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. Applicable rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

7.2 A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your Bet History with a confirmed status. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on either the Player or tkx8.

7.3 tkx8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 tkx8 sets maximum bet limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by event, market type, and account history.

7.5 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of tkx8 or its data providers. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.6 For casino games and slots, the rules of each specific game govern outcomes. All games sourced from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are subject to the rules and return-to-player percentages published by those providers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration, verification, or use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having foreknowledge of match-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable anti-money-laundering regulation.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including sharing credentials or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward tkx8 support staff or other Platform users.

8.2 Where tkx8 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above conduct, it may immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, void all open and settled bets associated with the suspected activity, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 tkx8 may suspend or permanently close an Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the Player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

9.2 Where an Account is closed for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC.

9.3 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Real-money balances will be returned following standard KYC checks. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements.

9.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. tkx8 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before classifying an Account as dormant.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
